Article 1.
BPA has been found as non party, non government, and non profit
professional organization with goal of connecting professional journalists
on regional Balkan and local level. By improving information flow
between professional journalists, BPA wants to help general advance
of Balkans media, exchange of objective information and finally
communication of various societies. Also BPA conducts autonomous
research on quality of work of state institutions, as also on work
of media houses, whose results are being compared with other in
the region.

Article 2.
For its goals BPA:
1) Gathers press clipping from regional press, publications,
and science studies on mass media.
2) Organizes roundtable’s, consultations, etc.
3) Publishes books and other publications on journalism
4) Organizes scientists and other professionals on media theory
issues
5) Cooperates with Universities, professional organizations in
country and abroad on topics of media theory and journalism.

Article 4.
Any journalist working as professional for more than two years,
can become a member of BPA on term that in his work has been respectful
of ethical code of profession, as to except goals of BPA, Statute,
on recommendation of senior member of BPA.
Management Board decides on recognition of new member, on account
of documentation of previous work of candidate…

Article 11.
Work of BPA is public.
Management board has to see to that all members receive accurate
informed on activities of organization, directly, by letter, or
by press releases.

Article 13.
Organization gathers fund from membership, donations, project proposals
with state funds or foundations, and other sources according to
law.

Article 16.
This statute has come to power on day of its passing by Funding
Assembly of BPA, and will be active on day of registering of organization
at Justice department.
